Situation

Eclipse Creative created promotional videos for Michigan Opera Theatre’s Detroit World Premiere of Margaret Garner, a new opera based on the true story of a slave’s quest for freedom, in 2005; and the World Premiere of Cyrano, an opera based on the romantic tragedy Cyrano de Bergerac, in 2007.

The videos produced by Eclipse Creative served multiple purposes—promoting the operas to potential donors and sponsors as well as for advertising and infomercials.  Michigan Opera Theatre also utilized the videos on their web site, on YouTube and through e-blasts to constituents.
